Hey Youthful Yogis,                                             
If you played Yoga Jeopardy with me a few days ago, you'll remember that people of all different ages enjoy doing yoga. My youthful yogi friend Sasha knows all about this...she takes a yoga class at  school every week, her mom practices yoga and so does her grandma, pretty cool!
