Hi Youthful Yogis!
If you have been reading this blog for a while you'll know that I love, love and I mean
love, learning about
gods and goddesses from Hindu mythology. They are beautiful, inspiring and really just plain awesome!
Here are a few of the
Hindu deities (gods) that my Youthful Yogis friends and I like a lot:

| Surya, "the Sun God" |
I guess this would be as good a time as any to tell you that
I've become so interested in how Hindu gods and goddesses have inspired certain yoga poses, that I had to go and make a movie about it! I posted the movie on YouTube and if you click on the words
